Due to the demand for certain items and limited stock we have had to add increased processing time from the time you place your order to the time it leaves our warehouse. You will receive a separate email once your order has shipped from our warehouse with more information.
I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you haven't received your shipping confirmation yet and you would prefer not to wait any longer, please respond to this email to request that your order be canceled. Please note that our items sell out very quickly. If you cancel your order, it is a possibility that your items may not be available when you attempt to repurchase at a later time.
Please Note : Orders with tracking numbers are in transit cannot be canceled. Canceled orders will be refunded to the original form of payment. Refunds will show on your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS:
We cannot update your address once your order has been shipped. If you have not received a shipping confirmation yet, you may respond to this email ask request that your shipping address be updated.
I RETURNED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE ISSUED TO ME?
Our returns department typically takes 5-10 business days (as stated by our return policy) after receiving an item to see a refund appear. You will receive an email once this is complete.
MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order is missing one or more items, please reply to this message with a copy (or picture) of your packing list and a picture of the contents of your package. We will review and correct the situation as quickly as possible
