Track Your Order

Your SnappaSlappa gear is on its way. Here’s how to check your order and follow your shipment.

Find your order

Sign in to view your orders, then select your order to see its status.

You can also open your SnappaSlappa order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and select the order-status link. Use the tracking link on your order status page or in your shipping email to view updates from the carrier handling your package.

What to expect

Once tracking is added to your shipment, you can follow its progress through your order status page and the carrier’s tracking link. A tracking number may appear before the carrier records its first scan. Check back for the latest updates.

If your order ships in separate packages, check each shipment’s tracking link. Delivery estimates can change as your package moves, so refer to the latest carrier updates rather than a fixed delivery date.

Can’t find your confirmation email? Check your spam or junk folder, or sign in using the email address you used at checkout.

If tracking is missing, hasn’t updated, or shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, email sales@snappaslappa.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We’ll help you check what’s happening.
